Sterling shas a strategic partnership with Volt Lithium Corp. ("Volt").  Volt has successfully deployed its technology for the extraction of lithium from oilfield brines, thereby turning brine form a waste product to a cashflow generation product.  

•Oil Company produces 7,000 barrels of oil per day and has 1,000,000 bbls of water that contains an average of 55 ppm lithium

•Volt and the Oil Company enter into a 50/50 joint venture for the extraction of lithium from the oilfield brine

•Sterling would supply all the oilfield chemistries for the water disposal and oil production and provide technical support to the lithium extraction operations ensuring stable operations

•Volt and Oil Company would collectively earn $274 mm in net operating income

• Oil Company increases net operating income from $0 to $137MM, and increase revenue per barrel of oil produced of $53.62

•Water quality would be increased for more efficient reinjection

•Potential other future revenue streams from additional extraction from the water.

Assumes a 50/50 JV deal between the Oil Company and Volt - actual terms to be negotiated
